Any licensed driver can legally operate one in autocycle states. To rent from Slingshot Rentals Miami, drivers must be 21 or older.
Can tourists with a foreign license drive a Slingshot in Miami?
Yes — a valid foreign driver's license works both legally and for our rentals. Bring your passport and license and you're set.
Is the Polaris Slingshot street legal and highway legal?
Yes. As an autocycle it's fully street legal and highway legal — you can take it on I-95, the causeways to Miami Beach and the A1A.
